General enquiries

The enquiry form requests your name, email, optional phone and preferred contact time, service interest and a short message. With your consent, those details are emailed to info@winnerscapital.ca so the team can respond and discuss next steps. The form does not subscribe you to marketing. No enquiry record is deliberately stored in the WordPress database; a copy is delivered to business email.

Benefits screening

The Benefits Finder runs in an isolated browser frame. Its answer data stays in memory, with network requests and form submissions blocked. It does not save your answers to browser storage. Use Clear all answers or close the page when finished. Official application links lead to other websites; no application is submitted here.

Personal Tax client workspace

Assigned client accounts can complete a personal tax questionnaire and upload relevant supporting documents when collection is enabled. Winners Capital Holdings uses this information to prepare and review your tax return, communicate about missing records and administer your engagement. Authorized staff can review your intake and download documents. Answers, document metadata and files are encrypted in storage, with documents kept outside the public website folder. Submission does not file a tax return or replace any required signed filing authorization.

Website operation and providers

Hostinger hosts the website. Hosting and email providers process technical or enquiry information needed to deliver their services. Technical information may include IP addresses, access logs and operational cookies. WordPress sign-in cookies apply to authorized staff and client accounts. Unused marketing and chat embeds have been disabled on the public-facing theme.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry emails are held in business email for responding, follow-up and applicable recordkeeping needs. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. We will verify your identity and explain any legal or operational limits. Do not email identity documents to make a request.

Client documents and external services

Client records are collected only inside the signed-in Personal Tax workspace after onboarding and collection activation. They are retained for the engagement and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact info@winnerscapital.ca for access, correction or deletion requests. Detailed retention periods and hosting/backup processing locations must be confirmed before collection is opened. External calculators and booking services have their own privacy practices.
